Coteau De Chery 2021
Rhône Valley - Condrieu
Tasting notes
Appearance:
pale yellow colour with green tints, limpid
Nose:
floral (acacia, honeysuckle, linden-tree), fruit (plum, pear), light smoky notes
Palate:
the attack is fresh, well-balanced, mineral and salty notes with an aromatic and quiet tight final.
Sommelier's advice: It has its typical hint of spice and a subtle note of cardamom, within a dense, fine texture. The grape variety plays a supporting role and allows the granite soil to set out a straight trajectory.

Vinification:
