Tasting notes
Appearance:
Deep gold, golden yellow with green lights.
Nose:
Very fruity, exotic fruit (pineapple), acacia blossom, litchee, apricot and peach.
Palate:
Round, full, good length in mouth with a final of vanilla.
Sommelier's advice: "Invitare", with its notes of white peaches, candied fruit and nice taut acidity, shows us the authentic character of the Condrieu appellation.
Recommended food pairing: Grilled sea bream with yuzu sauce and black rice.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C.

Harvest:
Whole grape harvest at perfect ripeness.
Soil:
Produced from a blend of different parcels in the appellation, Terroirs composed mainly of more or less decomposed biotite granite and muscovite granite. Villages of Condrieu, Saint-Michel sur Rhône, Chavannais and Limony.
Vinification:
Whole-grape pressing ; moderate use of sulphur. Light settling. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, mostly in big wooden barrels (600L), wooden casks (70% which 5% of new wood) and stainless steel vats (30%).
Ageing:
Aged on lees for 10 months.
