Nose:
very expressive and intense with notes of tropical fruit, peaches and white flowers.
Palate:
fruity, lively and round with a long finish.
Sommelier's advice: Casual meal: soft cheeses, aperitif nibbles (olives), Serrano ham. For fine dining: sea bass in a salt crust, seafood paella.
