Appearance:
100% Viognier.
Nose:
complex with long-lingering aromas of white flowers and peaches.
Palate:
concise and mouth-filling on entry with a big, velvety structure. Long-lingering finish with a playback of the white flower aromas.

The grapes are picked by hand when they reach optimal maturity
Soil:
Our vineyard is very densely planted on these steep slopes. The vines are gobelet pruned. The soil is worked mechanically with ploughs pulled by winches.
Vinification:
They are then pressed and transferred into 600 litre barrels in which alcoholic fermentation will take place.
Ageing:
The wine is matured for 12 months on the fine lees. It is stirred up once a week over a 3 month period, then once a month after that. The wine is bottled around 10 months after the harvest.
