The Crème de Pêche de Vigne Sauvage Trénel is produced in the traditional way: the fruits are sorted upon receipt and put into tanks with neutral alcohol for 5 weeks maceration. It is then pressed and filtrated. Sugar and water are added before bottling.
For its fruit-liqueurs, Maison Trénel selects the best fruits growing on the best terroirs. The fruits are macerated in order to keep all their fresh aromas.
The Crème de Pêche de Vigne Trénel has beautiful golden orange color. Its nose is very aromatic, like a fresh peach.
The fruit explodes on the palate, powerful, rich, but not heavy. The wild peach also gives a unique tannic taste.
