Appearance:
Crimson with vermilion highlights.
Nose:
Fresh red fruit with floral and spicy nuances.
Palate:
Fresh attack with supple tannins. Notes of pepper, peony and red berries.
Sommelier's advice: Serving temperature : 10-12°C.

Grapes picked by hand at the right maturity.
Soil:
Former alluvial terraces of the Rhône and Isère rivers.
Vinification:
Vatting without the addition of sulfur in small concrete vats, with 50% whole harvest. Fermentation with native yeast. Semi-carbonic maceration for 2 weeks.
Ageing:
Ages in 228 liters rooms of 4 to 5 wines for 4 to 5 months, without racking.
