Roc Folassière

In Valliguières, Gard county, the Roc Folassière domain brings with it an age-old quest: M. CHAPOUTIER had striven so long to grow a propriety wine in this Côtes-du-Rhône domain. In 2017, this was achieved with the Roc Folassière domain. A vintner approaching retirement, whose children had no intention of taking over the family farm; a vineyard of real potential: ancient Grenaches and Syrahs, limestone soil at the very heart of the Gard scrubland: something of a revelation.
