Appearance:
great golden colour.
Nose:
delicate floral notes.
Palate:
The wine reveals a beautiful power accompanied by a pleasant length. The minerality of the terroir is supported by the salinity of the schist.

Riesling.
Harvest:
Grapes are hand-harvested in 20kg boxes.
Soil:
Plots are situated on blue schist soils from Villé.
Vinification:
A long pressing (8 hours) is performed. Then the vinification is carried out in big traditional Alsatian casks with natural yeasts.
Ageing:
The wine is aged for 15 months in big casks with malolactic fermentation.
