Appearance:
Pale yellow with green lights, limpid, brilliant.
Nose:
The first nose is on quince, peony and then roasted almond.
Palate:
The attack is supple and fresh.
Sommelier's advice: "Les Meysonniers" white wine epitomizes the authentic character of Marsanne in Crozes-Hermitage.
Recommended food pairing: Carnaroli risotto with parmesan, marinated cockles, roasted hazelnuts.

100% Marsanne.
Harvest:
Whole harvest at perfect ripeness.
Soil:
Alluvial Terroir in the south of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation, shaped by the terraces of the Rhône and Isère rivers. The soil is a mixture of clay, pebbles and gravel. Villages of Mercurol, Pont de l'Isère and Beaumont Monteux.
Vinification:
Whole-grape pressing ; moderate use of sulphur. Light settling. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, mostly in stainless steel vats (70%), and big wooden barrels (30% of which 5% new).
Ageing:
Aged on lees for 8 months.
