Tasting notes

Appearance: Light golden yellow, green tints.

Nose: Both fruity and fl oral. Citrus-like, Mirabelle-plum and orange blossom notes.

Palate: Taut, mineral structure, lovely roundness. A fresh, nearly saline, wine. Very long finish.

Grape variety/varieties: Riesling

Harvest: Harvest by hand with sorting of the grapes

Soil: Granitic and arkose sandy surface. Granitic subsoil.

Vinification: Direct pressing without destemming (pneumatic press). Cold static settling followed by fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats (16-20°C).

Ageing: In stainless steel vats on the fi ne lees for 12 months.

Alcohol content: 12
