Tasting note :
fresh on entry, followed by a great minerality. Notes of red fruit (wild strawberries, raspberries), complemented by complex aromas of maquis countryside (cistus blooms, spices). This wine has a lovely fleshy texture and freshness.

Vintage 2022

In Roussillon, the summer of 2022 broke all records, notably with a strong hydric deficit (only 25 mm from June to August). In addition, a heat wave hit us from June to mid-September with almost daily temperatures above 35°C. Against all expectations, and thanks to biodynamic practices, the vine reacted well to the drought, with its spring water reserves alone. On the other hand, the extremely dry summer limited the cryptogamic pressure and allowed an exceptional sanitary state of the grapes.
