Tasting notes
Appearance:
Pale yellow colour with gold tints.
Nose:
The wine shows aromas of white fruits (juicy pear) and blossoms.
Palate:
Suave, gourmand and well-balanced, the wine shows a great freshness and persistency.

Harvest:
Grapes are harvested at maturity.
Soil:
Grapes come from clay and limestone soils and pebbly terraces.
Vinification:
After pressing, a settling of the lees is carried out for 24 hours. Then, the must is separated whilst still cold. The fermentation temperatures are regulated between 14 and 18°C.
Ageing:
The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks on fine lees.
