Appearance:
great golden colour.
Nose:
Noble notes of beeswax, honey, typical of the beautiful evolutions of the Rieslings.
Palate:
The weave is harmonious with tension and a beautiful structure. On the palate the wine reveals mineral notes typical of Riesling.

Harvest:
Grapes are hand-harvested in 20kg boxes.
Soil:
Plots are situated on blue schist soils from Villé.
Vinification:
A long pressing (8 hours) is performed. Then the vinification is carried out in big traditional Alsatian casks with natural yeasts.
Ageing:
The wine is aged for 15 months in big casks with malolactic fermentation.
