Tasting notes
Appearance:
pale gold colour with hints of green.
Nose:
a combination of pear, ripe lemon and jasmine.
Palate:
rich and intense palate, very expressive with a young fruity start followed by a long and mineral finish.
Sommelier's advice: Recommended food pairing: seafood platter, oysters, stuffed capon, old pressed cheeses. Serving temperature: 8-10°C.

Riesling.
Harvest:
Grapes were hand-harvested at night in early March.
Soil:
Well drained soil comprised of loose quartz with shale and siltstone.
Vinification:
Whole bunch pressing, followed by a cold sedimentation for 36 hours. Wild yeast fermentation in Stainless Steel Tanks.
Ageing:
The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks on lees for a 6-8 months.
