Beaujolais
One of the oldest vineyards in France, the Bourgogne’s wines cover 28 841 hectares. The landscapes were shaped in the Middle Ages by the monks and then the Dukes of Burgundy. Here, we are not talking about “terroirs” but “climates”. We can count them by hundreds and they are a source of wealth for Burgundy wines.
