Oeil :
Straw yellow with copper highlights.
Nez :
Exotic notes of candied citrus fruit, coriander seed and sweet spices. Hints of vanilla and cinnamon.
Bouche :
Generous, with note of dried rose and candied mango. Fresh finish with spicy nuances.

Vendanges :
Manual harvesting after 30 to 40 days passerillage on stump (passerillage = slow dehydration directly on the vine to concentrate the sugars, acids and aromas naturally contained in the grapes).
Sol :
Oxfordian limestone marl, southern Vercors, altitude 570m.
Vinification :
Whole bunch pressing, light settling, very long fermentation with indigenous yeasts in big wooden barrels (600 liters). Because of the high sugar content of the must, fermentation naturally stops at around 140g of residual sugar.
Elevage :
24 months on fine lees.
