yellow straw which shows the perfect maturity of the grapes, limpid and brilliant.
Nez :
intense, white fruit (peach) and apricot.
Bouche :
very rich with white peach flavours, minerals, a hint of bitter almond which gives an impressive length.

Vinification :
The grapes are pressed. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in vat and oak barrels at cold temperatures.
Elevage :
80% in vat and 20% in barrels. The bottling takes place at the end of spring.
