Oeil :
ruby robe with purple glints.
Nez :
delicate aromas of berries, plums, blackberries. Highlighted with pleasant spicy notes.
Bouche :
rounded body with a nice structure supported by a beautiful acidity which brings a precise balance that enhances red and black fruit aromas.
Les conseils du Sommelier :
Grilled bell peppers tapas and smoked duck breast, mashed potatoes and berries reduction. Stilton cheese and chocolate lava cake with red fruits coulis.

Touringa Nacional, Touringa Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca.
Vendanges :
The grapes are hand-picked in small crates of 20kg.
Sol :
Highly altered schist soil on the surface with a subsoil of unaltered schist from 30-40cm.
Vinification :
Vinification Traditional Lagar Vinification, grape treading in concrete tanks with 15% of whole bunch.
Elevage :
Aged for a year in conrete tanks then, 2 years in 500 liters traditionnal oak Porto barrels.
