Bouche : Lovely and fresh on entry, full of minerality and complexity. Well-balanced wine thanks to the freshness and the fat of the white Grenache. Notes of white flesh fruits with hints of vanilla.

Sol : The grapes are from Latour de France composed of gneiss.
Vinification : After pressing, we carry out a natural cold static settling at 10°C. Fermentation is carried out at 18°C, 70% in stainless steel vats and 30% in "demi-muids" (600L barrels). Preventioni of malolactic fermentation.
Elevage : 9 months, 70% in stainless steel vats and 30% in "demi-muids" (mainly new) with "batônnage" (stirring of the lees).
