Oeil :
golden yellow colour with green lights and brilliant.
Nez :
fresh, with roasted notes, slightly of brioche, aromas of white-flesh fruit, fennel, anise and honeysuckle.
Bouche :
the attack is fresh, suave and well-balanced. The wine is dense with a great persistency, and slightly roasted and aniseed aromas.

The crop is hand-harvesting.
Sol :
The grapes are grown on a clay-limestone soil over a granitic base. The clay gives the wine power, whilst the limestone adds more elegance, giving the wine an almost ethereal character.
Vinification :
Les raisins sont pressés en grappes entières. La fermentation est thermo-régulée en fûts à 17°C en levures indigènes. Un bâtonnage régulier est effectué.
Elevage :
The wine is aged in 600 litre-barrels for 8 months, and then for 2 months in vats.
