Oeil :
Bright golden yellow.
Nez :
Intense, very mineral, notes of celery, discreet, integrated oak.
Bouche :
Full-bodied, fat and very fine on the palate, with a lovely exotic freshness and roasted almonds.

Vendanges :
To ensure a perfect balance between ripeness and freshness, each parcel is harvested by hand in several passes.
Sol :
Steep, south-facing hillside. High Rhône terraces, rolled pebbles and loess on a deep clay base.
Vinification :
Light settling. Whole grape pressing; moderate use of sulphur. Fermentation mostly in demi-muids, foudres (85% of which 10% new) and stainless steel vats (15%).
Elevage :
Aged on the lees for 11 months with a few stirring of the lees.
