Oeil :
Deep gold, golden yellow with green lights.
Nez :
Very fruity, exotic fruit (pineapple), acacia blossom, litchee, apricot and peach.
Bouche :
Round, full, good length in mouth with a final of vanilla.
Les conseils du Sommelier : "Invitare", with its notes of white peaches, candied fruit and nice taut acidity, shows us the authentic character of the Condrieu appellation.

Whole grape harvest at perfect ripeness.
Sol :
Produced from a blend of different parcels in the appellation, Terroirs composed mainly of more or less decomposed biotite granite and muscovite granite. Villages of Condrieu, Saint-Michel sur Rhône, Chavannais and Limony.
Vinification :
Whole-grape pressing ; moderate use of sulphur. Light settling. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, mostly in big wooden barrels (600L), wooden casks (70% which 5% of new wood) and stainless steel vats (30%).
Elevage :
Aged on lees for 10 months.
