Sol :
The vineyards are located in the south of the Ardèche, on the right bank of the Rhône. The soil is made up of basalt from the Massif du Coiron and also includes clay on the surface.
Vinification :
Gentle pressing, light settling, fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats.
Elevage :
Aged in stainless steel vats until spring.
