Oeil :
pale yellow with green lights, limpid and brilliant.
Nez :
green apple, very floral, exotic fruits, citrus aromas.
Bouche :
the attack is supple with a lot of freshness, very aromatic (floral, candied fruits).

Grapes are harvested at maturity.
Sol :
Soil and subsoil are composed of old alluvial deposits with numerous gravels and shingles.
Vinification :
The whole grapes are pressed. The must is cold-settling for 24 hours. Temperature of vinification is regulated around 18°C.
Elevage :
La fermentation et l’élevage de ce vin se font en cuves. La fermentation malolactique est bloquée pour donner de la fraîcheur au vin.
