Oeil :
pale gold with aniseed-coloured highlights
Nez :
delicate with notes of bergamot and flint stone.
Bouche :
very fresh on entry, dominated by the typical Viognier aromas. On the mid-palate, there is good balance between the acidic tension associated with its terroir of origin and the natural full body of the varietal and its ageing. The finish is savoury, bringing out the rustic and mineral overtones

Carried out at night and in the morning to preserve the aromatic freshness of the grapes.
Sol :
Clay, siliceous rolled pebbles, limestone gravel and loess. Areas with leptynites (gneissic matamorphic rock) granitoids.
Vinification :
Gentle pressing, light settling, fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats.
Elevage :
Aged in stainless steel vats for 9 months.
