Nez :
very intense of exotic fruits, orange and apricot.
Bouche :
very mellow with a long persistency. Well-balanced between alcohol and residual sugars. This wine has a very long ageing potential.

Vendanges :
The grapes are picked by hand when ripe, then dried in trays in a drying room, for 30 to 50 days, depending on the year.
Sol :
The vineyards are located in the south of the Ardèche, on the right bank of the Rhône. The soil is made up of basalt from the Massif des Coirons and also includes clay on the surface
Vinification :
After the grapes are pressed in whole dried bunches, alcoholic fermentation is carried out slowly, over several months, in new or fairly new barrels (demi-muids = 600l).
Elevage :
The wine is aged on lees in casks (demi-muids). Bottling takes place around 24-36 months after the harvest, depending on the fermentation processes.
