Oeil :
brilliant and green gold.
Nez :
complex and subtle, aromas of quince, walnut, honey, ginger, acacia with a hint of linden-tree.
Bouche :
clean attack, without harshness, very elegant and persistant almond finish.

Vendanges :
To ensure the perfect balance between ripeness and freshness, each parcel of land is harvested in several times by hand.
Sol :
Blend of different Hermitage Terroirs, essentially sedimentary (fluvio-glacial alluvium, red clay and loess), and finely decomposed granite. Sectors of Le Méal, les Murets and Ermite.
Vinification :
Whole grapes are pressed and a moderate amount of sulphur is used. Light settling. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, mostly in half-muids, barrels (80% of which 10% new) and stainless steel vats (20%).
Elevage :
Aged on lees for 10 months with occasional stirring.
