beautiful colour with deep ruby lights.
Nez :
ripe fruits, morello cherry, grenadine.
Bouche :
round, harmonious, powerful with red stone fruits (cherry…).

Sol :
The soil is made up of chalky gravels and red clays.
Vinification :
The vinification is performed in the traditional way. The maceration lasts between 24 and 36 hours and is followed by bleeding (this is the separation between the free-run juice and the solid parts).
Elevage :
The wine is aged in vats and is bottled in spring.
