Purple with violet highlights.
Nez :
Complex with slightly smoky notes, black olive, and a dominant intense black fruit coulis. A touch of toasted sesame adds a delicious complexity.
Bouche :
Silky attack, concentrated palate with pulpy fruit. Notes of blueberry coulis, bacon, and mild spices. Long and complex finish.

The harvest is done by hand-picking into 16kg crates.
Sol :
The parcel from which this wine is made faces southwest toward the setting sun. The soil is a silty clay with red clays and a limestone bedrock, offering a notable depth that helps limit water stress.
Vinification :
The wine is made in concrete tanks, with a portion of whole clusters (25%) and native yeasts. Approximately
30 days of maceration.

The wine is aged in French oak barrels of 300L and demi-muids of 600L, with a mix of new barrels and
