great golden colour.
Nez :
smoky and racy notes.
Bouche :
On the palate the wine is lively, elegant and powerful at the same time. Very nice mineral reduction on the palate which sublimates the complexity of the wine and reveals the expression of the terroir.

Grapes are hand-harvested in 20kg boxes.
Sol :
Plots are situated on blue schist soils from Villé.
Vinification :
A long pressing (8 hours) is performed. Then the vinification is carried out in big traditional Alsatian casks with natural yeasts.
Elevage :
The wine is aged for 15 months in big casks with malolactic fermentation.
