Oeil :
deep ruby.
Nez :
nose of ripe fruit, spice and bitter cocoa. Notes of blackberry jelly and aromatic herbs emerge once the wine has had chance to breathe.
Bouche :
soft with velvety tannins on entry, the palate shows a lovely balance of concentration and complexity. The notes of liqueurs and rich juice give way to hints of soft spice and dark chocolate on the finish.

Mainly Grenache with Syrah (15%).
Vendanges :
The grapes are hand-harvested at optimum maturity.
Sol :
A blend of 3 sectors: low terraces of the Rhône, ancient alluvium, pebbles on Cretaceous marl.
Vinification :
Vinification in small concrete vats with 30% whole grapes. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and moderate use of sulphur. The temperature of vinification does not exceed 28°C. Maceration for 3 to 4 weeks with very limited intervention.
Elevage :
Aged in unlined concrete vats for approximately 20 months.
