Bouche :
On the palate the wine offers a nice volume. It is fruity and floral, flavors combined with the salinity of the terroir that bring a beautiful complexity to the wine, all in finesse.

The grapes are harvested by hand into 20kg trays.
Sol :
Acid brown soils from Villé schists.
Vinification :
Vinification starts with a long pressing, then a static cold settling is carried out. Indigenous yeasts are used for fermentation, malolactic fermentation is partial.
Elevage :
10 months in large barrels on fine lees.
