lively ruby colour.
Nez :
aromas of ripe fruit: Morello cherry and blackberry, accompanied by delicate floral notes of iris and peony. A gorgeous liquorice freshness and light smoky notes complete the bouquet.
Bouche :
a supple and elegant wine, with lovely tension. The palate is enticing with notes of ripe fruit (Morello
cherry) accompanied by light smoky notes. Warm on the palate, this wine is built on fine tannins, which give it
good structure.

Deep granitic sands with slight slope (5%).
Vinification :
In concrete tanks, the grapes are partially destemmed and vatted for about 20 days. In addition to daily pumping over, manual punching down of the cap is occasionally carried out. The temperature is maintained at around 29°C at the end of fermentation.
