Bouche : On the palate, the salinity takes over and harmonizes perfectly with the voluptuousness of the wine.

Vendanges : The grapes are harvested by hand into 20kg trays.
Sol : Acid brown soils from Villé schists.
Vinification : Vinification starts with a long pressing, then a static cold settling is carried out. Indigenous yeasts are used for fermentation, malolactic fermentation is partial.
Elevage : 10 months in large barrels on fine lees.
