Oeil :
gold with greenish highlights.
Nez :
fine with notes of plum, fresh tangerine citrus, grapefruit, with menthol and celery.
Bouche :
slender and crisp on the palate. This wine has a weave of salty bitters underscored by a dash of minerality.

The grapes are harvested by hand into 20kg trays.
Sol :
Acid brown soils from Villé schists.
Vinification :
Vinification starts with a long pressing, then a static cold settling is carried out. Indigenous yeasts are used for fermentation, malolactic fermentation is partial.
Elevage :
10 months in large barrels on fine lees.
