Pale gold.
Nez :
Complex and mineral, with notes of white flowers, lemony, finely toasted.
Bouche :
Chiselled attack, full of saline tension. A hint of brioche and a sapid finish with notes of minerality, lime and grilled corn.
Les conseils du Sommelier : With this wine we liked madeleines with cured ham and pesto rosso sauce, chicken sauté with pepper cream, tomato and red onion tatin and burrata.

Manual harvest at optimum ripeness.
Sol :
Marly-limestone scree in the south of the Vercors, at an altitude of 450m.
Vinification :
Whole-grape pressing. Light settling, moderate use of sulphur. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, for the most part in 350L barrels and in "pieces" (228L).
Elevage :
Aged on total lees for 12 months.
