lovely, rich and well-balanced on entry to the palate, underpinned by mineral acidity characteristic of our Saint-Joseph. The finish is long lasting, with a final bouquet of delectable, light tangy aromas.
The grapes come from finely textured granite soil, in a late ripening part of the Tournon-sur-Rhône vineyards.
Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in 600L barrels.
Stirring up of the lees for 2 months, followed by aging on the fine lees for 8 months.
