Above all else, it is about enabling the terroir (soil, climate, know-how) to express itself fully. In fact, the expression, transmutation of mineral into vegetal, can only exist with a living terroir, able to transmit life."

Registered since 1932, DEMETER is an international trademark for products produced using bio-dynamic farming methods. Bio-dynamic farming has existed since 1924. It aims to care for the Planet and regenerate the soils. Bio-dynamic wine growers and wine makers, using fertilizers and preparations based on medicinal and mineral plants, respecting the Earth’s and Cosmos’ rhythms, work in this spirit. It is a method of sustainable viticulture. The specifications are far more stringent than those for organic farming.
