Today, our sommelier Antoine presents a Côtes-du-Roussillon Villages Latour de France from our Domaine de Bila-Haut: Occultum Lapidem. The plots of this red wine (Syrah, Grenache and Carignan) are located at altitude on terraces with stony soils and a rich geology. The vines benefit from the influence of the Pyrenean winds, which bring them freshness.
