Let yourself be carried away by this multi-faceted wine!

The brilliantly fresh Rouge Clair

Both visionary in its elaboration and singular in its tasting, this Rouge Clair will seduce you with its sublime red fruit aromas. With little tannin on the palate, the wine reveals finesse, freshness and floral notes.

Low-temperature Vinification of the grapes produces the fresh, fruity aromas so characteristic of the Rouge Clair.

This new red wine is best enjoyed chilled, ideally between 10° and 12°C. Its thermochromic label reveals the word “& Frais” when the bottle is immersed in water at less than 12°C.

What recipes should Rouge Clair be served with?

The wine can be enjoyed all year around, adapting to all types of consumption. Its low-tannin structure is perfect for pairing with meat, fish or exotic recipes.

Thanks to its delicate tannins, this elegant wine will go perfectly with spicy flavors sush as tandoori chicken, or with traditional recipes such as pâté-croûte.

To preserve Rouge Clair, we suggest keeping It in the dark for 10 to 12 months, at a temperature of between 7 and 10°C.

The bandule, a more ecological alternative to the sealing capsule

The sealing capsule on this Rouge Clair bottle is replaced by the “bandule”. Like the sealing capsule, the bandule guarantees the integrity of the wine bottle.

To uncork a bottle with a bandule, simply insert the sommelier knife directly through the bandule and remove the cork.

The cork stopper has been replaced by a stopper made from sustainable, renewable raw materials derived from sugar cane. This closure offers several advantages:

  • A neutral net carbon footprint,
  • TCA-free: no corky taste,
  • Low oxygen permeability to preserve wine's aromatic freshness.
