Grape variety

Grapes come from clay and limestone soils
and pebbly terraces.

Grapes are harvested at maturity.

After pressing, a settling of the lees
is carried out for 24 hours. Then,
the must is separated whilst still cold.
The fermentation temperatures
are regulated between 14 and 18°C.

The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks on fine lees.
