Soil

The vineyards are located in the Gard, in the Laudun area, and are selected and grown on clay-limestone soils.

Harvest

For a perfect varietal expression, the various grape varieties are picked at night when ripe. The coolness of the night helps protect the clusters of grapes from
oxydation.

Winemaking

After pressing, a 24 hours cold stabilization is carried out. Once settled, alcoholic ermentation can begin. The fermentation temperature will be controlled at 16-18°C in order to preserve aromatic freshness.

Maturing

The wine is aged on its fine lees in stainless steel vats and bottled in early summer.
