Syrah, Grenache, Carignan  The parcels are situated on the Vallée de l'Agly. Gneiss and schiste of Dévonien.  Manual harvest, 100% de-stemmed.

 Extraction is conducted entirely by daily punching of the cap and the maceration lasts between 2 to 4 weeks, monitored by daily tastings.  50 % in barrel and 50 % in tank
Colour : Deep, dark and seductive red. Nose : Sumptuous ripe red fruits are enveloped by a twang of provençale herbs and spice Mouth : Scents of coffee and liquorice dominate the attack. The wine is very concentrate and ripe with warm fruit through the mid palate. The finish is long and rich in tannin. This wine can be kept for 5 ? 6 years.
