Coteaux du Tricastin
The Coteaux du Tricastin Appellation is the Rhône Valley appellation which has the most quickly grown.
Classified in VDQS wines in the seventies, it quickly obtained the "Appellation d'Origine Controlée".
Its name comes from a warrior tribe of the region : the tricastini, a preroman gallic defeated by the Romans.
